Two Million Euros for Infrastructure in South and South West Serbia

By posing for a photograph with the students of the primary school Radoje Domanović in the village of Kumarevo at Leskovac, Head of the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Serbia Ambassador Vincent Degert completed his two-day visit to South Serbia, during which he announced that two million Euros would be invested in small infrastructural projects in South and South West Serbia via the European Partnership with Municipalities Programme PROGRES.
Europe Helping Infrastructure in Toplica

Head of the European Delegation Ambassador Vincent Degert today presented to the presidents of the municipalities of Prokuplje, Blace, Kuršumlija and Žitorađa the contracts on grants awarded via the European Partnership with Municipalities Programme – PROGRES for the implementation of seven infrastructural projects worth 646,000 Euros in all.
Municipalities Prepare Infrastructure Projects

The first public call for funding local infrastructure projects in 25 South and South West Serbian municipalities, extended by the European Partnership with Municipalities Programme - PROGRES in mid December 2010, officially closed today.
